Opening hours are Monday to Saturday 9.00am to 11.00am and 4.00pm to 6.00pm, Sunday 10.00am to 12.00noon only and Bank Holidays 5.00pm to 6.00pm only. Arrivals & departures should be by pre-arranged appointment and only within the hours specified above to ensure that you and your cat receive our undivided attention immediately on arrival.

Snuggle Inn opertates just like a Hotel. Guests usually check in between 4.00-6.00pm. Guests can arrive between 9.00-11.00am but in the busy times they may be required to stay in a holding pen for a short time while a previous guest departs and to allow us time to clean their suite properly, this also applies to guests departing in the morning between 9.00-11.00am as they will not be charged for that day. Guests departuring between 4.00-6.00pm will incur another days charge.

Suites are only guaranteed once a completed booking form is received. If a completed booking form is not received within the 5 days, the suite may be allocated to another guest.   If you would like to visit Snuggle Inn, please call to arrange a suitable time. The Cat Hotel is open 365 days a year but is closed for viewings on Easter Sunday and all Bank Holidays.

  Current vaccination certificate, Prescription food and/or medication (if applicable).
Favourite toys, blankets and brushes and combs. Completed booking form ( unless already received) including additional information (if applicable). Please remove all collars and harnesses' prior to your cat's stay. Most importantly your cat! (In a secure carrier please).
